You are sort of right. The Romans carried out the actual killings, but they killed him because of the false charges and pressure from the Jews.
 
I was really curious too where she says "God love IED's". So, if someone planted one at their house and blew up several members of their family, what would that mean exactly?

I guess her response would just be that it couldn't happen cause they're teaching "God message". :roll:

Could it be an inside joke in the family, trying to rag on Christians?

I'm not Christian but I think it would be a pretty good way (ruse) to bring bad light to Christians (lots of progressive, non-religious people would see them and laugh at the absurdity/generalize).
 
Wow. Just finished watching the whole thing, and I honestly feel sympathy for some of these people. The Father is a messed up old guy, little if any hope for him, and the Mother is a dumba$$. But the kids and the younger generation are very human. Messed up as sh!t, but still very human. As in most messed up families, the parents are at fault here. I no longer want to blow up their house, but there's no denying that I'd be in their face (literally) if I saw them at a soldier's funeral.

I know some Krav Maga. If I see them, and I have the time, I'll just walk up to them and stare, silently, six inches away from them. Block their view completely. See what happens. If they come at me, a few groin kicks to the guys will do the trick (there's only two decently large guys in the whole family). If not, see if I can unnerve them a bit.

I think some dedicated people would see it as a worthwhile sacrifice to further the progression of humanity. (Just the same as, if these people were real, they see it as their call to further their beliefs?)
 
I love how the pastors daughter is "so sorry" and apologetic to the child who gets beaned, when, in the next clip, the man Louis interviews says that -everything- that befalls us is to be worshiped (people dying in Iraq, someone hit by a car, etc) :laugh:
 
well, at least haterd for these morons is an issue that the anti-war and pro-war camps can agree on....I'd like to see an event where both of these groups drop their pickets, and collectively descend on this family in an orgy of spirited violence. OH, the camaraderie! 😀
 
Hey that's the Louis Theroux thing, it was on TV here the other day. He did another doco a little while ago on brothels which was hilarious.

omg i keep hearing it in my head and i can't stop laughing...

i'm gonna be in the middle class tomorrow and i'm gonna think, "you're gonna EAT YOUR BABIES!" and i won't be able to stop laughing...

kudos to louis for not dying laughing upon hearing that in real life in front of the whole church.
