Aside from the days where I leave for vacation being my most anticipated, I'd say NFL week 1 on the day the WFT plays their first game is my most anticipated day of the year.

Christmas Eve was always the big one for me. Huge family dinner, lots of wine and champagne, everyone's in a good mood shooting the shit. Opening presents: for a long time it was my siblings and I, and watching my nieces and nephews take over the process was just as much fun.

Under the radar favorite day: the Wed before Thanksgiving. Where I come from it's the day everyone returns home and goes out to find old friends and reconnect. Closing time was usually just the beginning of the fun. Then the quest to find a location to really start partying would begin.

Many of the most epic nights of my life.

I voted for Christmas. It's nice spending the whole day with my family, especially my nieces and nephew, and not having to think about anything else. I also like opening presents, drinking wine, and eating unhealthy appetizers throughout the day.

Start of football is the only thing i can think of as well....i can't wait to be disappointed each year for some reason

Go Lions!

1.) Labor Day <> day off from work, usually nice weather
2.) 4th of July <> day off from work, usually weather too hot, but, evening likely to be fun
3.) The day we change the clocks back to Standard time and finally escape from DST. <> get my hour back!

It's Christmas for me. I love that holiday. Everyone getting together to exchange gifts, good food, good company and good times. I look forward to it every year.
