What the fvck is a freudian slip

When you accidentally say a word incorrectly and it just happens to be sexual in meaning.

No.

Freudian slip:

Noun
A verbal mistake that is thought to reveal an unconscious belief, thought, or emotion.

It's well known that Freud was obsessed with the subconcious sexual capacity of humans. The definition has just been bastardized by its common usage in lay conversation.

A Freudian slip is when you say one thing and you mean your mother.

Best one I've heard though was at work one morning. We shout stuff across the trading desk so we don't duplicate efforts and one of our younger guys was trying to call a contact with the last name "Mifflin". He shouted across the desk, "I'm calling Milf!"

At 4:30 am, it had us rolling.
