Most efficient way to breathe?

for maximum oxygen? I don't think i take in enough oxygen, so...

is it breathe in through mouth first then out nose or in through nose then out with mouth or mouth and mouth or nose and nose?

Wrap your head in saran wrap several times.

That'll ensure maximum efficiency.

Most likely through your mouth, since you can get the fastest draw/release.

What on earth made you come to the conclusion that you don't take in enough oxygen?

If it's true, it isn't because of your "breathing efficiency", and I suggest you go see a doctor. :p

When I read books for school I get sleepy easily, so I try to take deper breaths... inhaling and exhaling with the mouth.

best method for breathing is to inhale, by expanding your diaphragm, and then exhale, by contracting it and pushing the air out of your lungs. repeat ad nauseum, or until you lose the will to live.
