New to boards and I want to know what was the most 'moronic' thing you have done in a attempt fix a problem? Although the problem ended up being a matter of stupidity over an actual error.
 
I put in another stick of Ram in my daughters computer Backwards and pushed really hard and started it and blow the PSU, it was ok because I upgraded the hole thing.
