ok it wasn't disturbing but it was frickin weird, incest and guy cutting cake with a knife butt naked, then goin in his grandparents room and stabbing them as they sleep.

also is a scene where a character "spanks the monkey" and it shows everything, and i don't get what it had to do with anything

Michael Rooker in one of his earliest roles as serial killer Henry Lee Lucas.
One of the most disturbing movies ever put on film.
You won't find this one at Blockbuster.
