Doesn't matter, use DSR on nvidia to run your game at like 2 or 3 times the normal resolution and every game will be the most demanding one.
Possibly AMD has something similar if you care to search for it.
What has salt got to do with anything?

GPU usage is low because the game has a ton of draw calls while running under DX11. But this is the best looking game currently available, especially for lighting/reflections, and it doesn't even use ray tracing.In videos with afterburner running you can see the GPU usage being pretty low in general.
