Amusing. There have been funnier ads. And, there have been funnier ads that had important details like mileage.

ad was funny. I once posted a serious ad that was kind of lengthy because I got descriptive and it was flagged for removal.. I guess people just don't have the patience. All they really want on CL is "car runs great"... no joke.
 
It's too bad his responses will be as follows:

"You are priced too high"

"Not free? i can get a new car for $XX,XXX. You should price it lower"

"i do not want to buy the car, but I think that since it's not free, it cost too much. Again, do not want to buy, just letting you know"

"I'll give you a case of beer for it"

"You priced yourself out of the market...sell it it for (Insert price -50% off) and i will consider".

" i can get a new Taurus for only XX,XXX. Why should I buy yours".

i knew who peter north was, but i didn't recognize him in the pic until someone posted it was him.
