most accurate core voltage reading?

For some reason CPU-Z is reporting a .05 difference in core voltage from my system bio. It is actually .05 lower. Comparing my overclocking results with others it seems cpu-z is probably the more accurate of the two but how is this possible? Shouldn't my motherboard know what it's own settings are? I never had this issue before because this is the first time raising my e6750 over 3.2 ghz and I didn't have to mess with the voltage at all to get it that far.
