Most accidents happen at home, just like last night.....

Last night as I was going downstairs to head to bed I had to sneeze.

In case this ever happens to you, resist the urge to sneeze, until you hit the bottom of the stairs. After sneezing and falling down the last 2 steps, I realized that waiting to sneeze would have been prudent.

My elbow still hurts 😱 And it scared the crap out of the dog as he scrambled to get out of the way of my tumbling mass.

owie, hope your elbow feels better. i fell twice on the driveway a few days ago due to ice. good thing i didn't have to sneeze, though 😉

Was it a rolling down fall or a feet out from under you fall? You always see fall rolling down the stairs in the movies but you always slip with your feet out from under you in real life, the much more painful version.

It would have been a rolling down, but since I only had 2 steps to go, I was able to kind of catch myself on the floor with my outstretched arm...hence the elbow pain as all of my weight came down on that arm.
