Anyone here familiar with it?
I kept being told in classes from my freshmen year in college that this was the greatest piece of software ever and would catch all of your cheating if you copied off of other people.
So I googled it and found this page and was kind of bummed because it was for instructors and the like only.
Upon further investigation of the google page, I found the real one which allows anyone to sign up.
So...I signed up for an account and mossed three programs I wrote which all did the exact same thing (same code, etc) but changing things such as while loops to for loops, for loops to do-while loops, etc. and it returned less than 10% similarity.
Anyone else ever threatened with this in their classes and look into it? I can't tell how similar things will need to be before it will pick it up as the same.
