mosquito bites....please help

I have like 7 or 8 mosquito bites on my left foot and its killing me, I can't stop itching. please help, is there anything I can do? rub something on it?

i was sitting barefoot at my desk and there was a mosquito under it, and it owned me for like 3 days before i managed to find it an kill it. for some reason it bit my right foot only like 3 times but my left 8 times
 
sorry for your misfortune, but its pretty funny!

seriously... I would use a combination of a topical anesthetic and some hydrocortisone.
 
A cortizone ointment will help a little, but the best thing you can do is just not scratch the bites.
 
i posted a question about this a few days ago.

I found that it helped to take as hot of a shower as i could stand. then, with them being on your foot, trying soaking them in a HOT salt water bath. (use epsom salts) also, if you can find a regular tooth paste, not gel just cheapie paste. that works too and it stops the itching.

just go to a drug store and ask the pharmacist for a topical anaestetic and a hydrocortisone cream.


 
Noxeima or whatever it's spelled.

Vodka works good too. Oh and you can even put it on your foot if you like... 😀

Apply some oil. It really helps the skin ease the irritation.
 
Any over the counter cold remedy with an antihistamine in it will work too. Just half the dose, or take a child's dose. The antihistamine will kill the itch rather effectively. 🙂
 
Use Calamine lotion. It's what I used on my mosquito bite while visiting Philippines. It will get rid of the itching. About twenty bites on each legs. 🙁 Except when you take shower they will itch like hell again until you apply the calamine lotion again. Some of them had liquid in them after couple of days. the one I scratch the most. very nasty......:shocked:
