good day everyone, im newbie here.

i just have a problem to fix SMPS PSU, these has fryed Mosfet and cracked on the side.

i can read the number is MTP6N...(cracked and couldn't read the rest)
guess it is a MTP6N60, i am buy a new FQP6N60A. read datasheet but im not good enough about MOSFET and newbie so i can't make sure this can match each other.
what characteristic to compare when changes mosfet?

sorry for my bad english, because my mother language is not english.
any advice and suggest really appreciated.

Meet or exceed Vds, Vdg, Id, and power ratings of the original. Match Vgs, gate capacitance, and gate threshhold voltage.

If that MOSFET is in a pair, most likely both need replacing, even if the other one looks physically intact.
