MOSFET Equivalent

Hi all,

My mobo MOSFET transistor just burned.
I need help, how to find MOSFET transistor equivalent? Hard to find the same type of MOSFET for my mobo.
What items I have to know to find its equivalent (voltage, current, etc...)?
Here are MOSFET's type I'm looking for CEB6030L and HUF76129S. Maybe you can tell me.
Is there any site I can visit to find it?

STB55NF03L is the closest to identical replacement for the CEB6030L, however only STB70NF03LT4 is available, it has very similar specs.

Onsemi lists NTD5406NG as a replacement for HUF76129S3S.

Whenever you look up parts start with the prefix for the device. The first 2-3 letters tell the manufacturer.

Mouser has both in stock for about $10 shipped. Both are better parts than the original. Make sure no other components failed when those parts did or you will ruin the replacements.
