noticed that too penn....not sure.
if the chips are infineon, then they can't be mosel chips. perhaps it's on a mosel pcb- unlikely.
you may want to run them an e-mail if you're interested just to clear things up.

At the top of the page it says "you may be charged 3% for cencelled order". That is a crappy policy.

Never mind even if it is 128 it's not that great of a deal. I just checked Crucial.com and they have 128MB PC133 CAS2 ram for $109. This is great RAM too, I have had it at 140 CAS2 for a long time and I bet it would push 150 CAS2 if I tried it (PIII won't go that high:( ). I don't even really need any more ram but I'm tempted to buy some anyway just cause it's so cheap.

That's a pretty good price on a quality ram. But keep in mind that once you place the order, there's no way to back off even though the item your ordering isn't in stock (as that happened to me when I ordered a DDR Geforce card which I had to wait like a month, while I could get it somewhere else).
a 3% canceling charge is a pain in the A$$

Has anyone ordered and received this RAM yet? Were the memory chips Mosel's or Infineon's?
