is there any software out there that lets me simulate loan repayments, eg, allow me to change interest rate and repayment amounts and see the effect it has on the time it takes to repay, and the amount of interest owing etc.. thanks 🙂

Quicken has these features with their financial planning calculators. These calculators are included in the Quicken packages. I thought the one that came with Quicken '98 was better than the one that came with Quicken '99.

Do you have a spreadsheet program?

Quicken has a loan payment / analyzing - look into planning.

If you want a "loan program" with all sorts of bells and whistles....I might add the program is very good....go to http://www.tvalue.com and look at their info on proggie named "TValue"...

😀
