Does anybody have a favorite web site where they fill out certain information, so that banks and other loan companies will come to you with their best rates, rather than have you go to each different lender for a good rate?
I want to refinance my house. Currently, I'm paying 7%. I just found out a few hours ago that many bank/lenders are giving out 5.75%!!! I want to switch to a different mortgage company with a 5.75%, so I can reduce the number of years I have to pay on my house.
