I'm pretty pumped about this game. Although I know nothing will really beat the first 3 MK's... this one is cool b/c it brings back every character from the series (over 50) and you can even create your own along w/ your own fatalities. I'm a huge Nintendo fanboy and this will be my only console purchase for a few years... it's all I need. Oh, and yay for the Mario/Zelda games too.

It's all about the gameplay and replay value that does it for me. And the price does help out!

Pretty cool lookin. Never was a huge Kombat fan. Always like SF/KI better... never could get use to MK controls for some reason.

MK started to suck at MK3, and it really started to suck when it went into 3D.

That said, the last MK game (Deception) was pretty good for a 3D mortal kombat game. This game could be okay as well. I just wish they would go back to the 2D routes for fighters.

Not that I am all about graphics but I have yet to see a game that looks any better than gamecubes games much less 2x better

wow, I checked out the screenshots yesterday and thought it looked like crap, sortof like simon the sorcerer in 3d compared to the 2d games

waching the video changes everything looking forward to this one

sweetness. Looks like you can also change fighting styles/weapons. (if this is not new it is because its been a while since I have played a MK game)

Can't wait for this system.
