I heard that it was a really good game, but the two sites I checked only had previews of it (IGN and Zdnet gamespot), but no reviews. I know it has been released because I saw some online stores selling it. So, is it a good game? Has it been released yet? What systems?

I didn't realize it was already out. Well, I suppose I'll have to get it next weekend after finals are over. New summer hobby.

Have it, but havn't played it yet. Asheron's Call has a free month offer and free software so you don't pay a thing. I'm trying that out for a month. After that month, I'll probably try pop in Morrowing. I'm afraid that if I start Morrowind, I will forget about Asheron's Call and waste my free month.

I just got this game and it's very impressive. Prepare to waste A LOT of time just exploring. The world is huge and the game is totally open ended. It also comes with a full featured editor so you can generate your own worlds. :) I think I will be buying the game guide for this one...supposedly over 300 hours of gameplay possible! :Q

Yeah, I'm hooked on Morrowind right now. It's a good game.

It's a huge world, and tons of small quests and you can basically do whatever you want.

There's A LOT of reading to do, and it's more RPG in it's true sense than most other games labeled RPG.

Lots of choices between what factoins to join, what guilds to side with, how you want to handle a situation, etc. It's really fun =) I'd recommend it to people who enjoy rpgs.

If it is anything at all like Arena or Daggerfall, I'm sure it will be excellent. Both previous games were very open ended. You didn't have to follow the story line at all. You could pretty much pick it up and leave it when ever you wanted. If I remember correctly, there were a few things that were time sensitive, but for the most part, you didn't have to work with the story line if you didn't want. I also heard there was a way to complete the final goal of the game a different way than the storyline would normally allow. Pretty cool if you ask me.

I'm looking forward to firing up this game.

Keep in mind that >90% of the game guide covers quest walkthroughs. There is only limited info on things like character creation, no general hints/tips, and nothing whatsoever on the magic system or spell. Stay away unless you are looking for major spoilers.
