Morrowind -> BSODs. Help!

Yesterday I got at least 5 BSODs within a couple hours - all credited to nv4_disp.dll while playing morrowind. I'm sure my setup is stable - I've given it a lot of runs of memtest, hours of prime95, days of SETI and UT and none of them have problems. I don't know what nvidia drivers I started with, but I switched to 41.09 yesterday after some crashes, and the BSODs continued. Nothing is hot (vid card is under 45, cpu is under 40).

I played a lot today, and for the whole day I had no crashes until I got 3 BSODs (nv4_disp.dll) in 30 minutes and decided to kill those guys in the place with the daedric (?) cube thing (cube with a circle on it) tomorrow 😉

I've never had a BSOD while playing Morrowind and I've played alot (too much if you ask my wife😉). However, I did get the occasional CTD. I say "did" because ever since I loaded Tribunal it hasn't crashed once.
