I'm not sure, but I found this from somewhere:

For those of you that use Morpheus or Kazza, and want to find better quality that 128 bitrate. I found a registry hack that will fix it. Do this:

Open regedit, then find
HKEY_LOCAL_USER\software\morpheus\kazaa

Change
LimitBitrate to 0, then you'll be set

The reg hack will allow it to show all bitrates. If you want to limit your search to only 256, you have to do the hack then do an advanced search and tell it to only display 256 quality or better hits.

I'm glad that's the one. Now, when I install Morpheus, I'm gonna be sure to hack it just that way. Later...

If you install the current version of Morpheus, drop the kazaa portion of the key. My Computer\HKCU\Software\Morpheus

I've posted this many times in the past.... Here it is with some extra :)

Morpheus:
1) Run regedit. (Using Start Menu > Run > 'regedit')
2) Press CTRL+F to search, and search for 'limitbitrate'. (takes a few seconds) Doubleclick limitbitrate and change the value to a 0 (zero). This enables searching of files over a 128 bitrate .

Also.... lets not forget there is a 100 item limit. To remove your limited search results, do this:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Morpheus\Advancedwith 2 values you can change: MaxSearchResult - Set this to the maximum number of search results you want to return. Make sure you are writing in decimal, and not hexadecimal when you do this.

Thanks Doc......while we're talking about Morpheus I have another question. Why is it theat sometimes when I re-instal Morpheus afetr a format, I seem to never be able to connect. It just keeps saying "connecting" and never does. I've tried installing it on a friends PC and it did the same thing . He was never able to connect.

While I am *usually* able to connect, I too found this issue. I am thinking it is on their end...
