What was the point of the sticky if it has no teeth? Does it apply to some and not others?

I currently have three email addresses on three ISPs, and could be using more. I could set up accounts ONLY to retaliate to this sort of BS, but I don't as I expect the mods will enforce their rules?

Anyway, it was a joke. Just like your recent ATI bashing thread was a joke. What, the guy who likes to joke around so much can't take a joke now?
