So a woman buys a burger at McDonald's and somehow the pickle inside the burger hits her chin. She says she got burned by it and is suing for $110k for physical and emotional distress. And her husband is adding on $15k for "loss of her services." WTF?

So will McD's put warning on the hambugers that say "Hey stuiped this is hot!" Or will they just let them cool off longer before they are serverd?
Stuiped question but i have to ask it: How does a burned chin stop "services" from being rendured?

Ok I'll give you a hint...

What services would a husband want from his wife, that she can give with her mouth....

i understand that one. But given the size and temp of the pickle (from the hamburger) how bad can this burn be that she can't make an O. What about the other "services" that are given by wives?

Ummm, No.
Reasons:
1. I am not going to burn myself inorder to test this.
2. I am never going to have to make an O for that reason.

She can still preform other "services" right?

Lets get back to the main reason for this thread.
It is crazy for people to think that others are to blame for their stuipidity, lack of skill, ect...

Ok, lemme rephrase:

You try "performing" on a woman with a burnt lip/chin :p

Well then it probably would be more dificult. I still don't see it worth

<< $15k for "loss of her services." >>

After a few days the burn is healed. NO way this is some second - third degree burn that would require surgery.
Tell the guy to take things into his own hands for a few days!

I think McDonalds throws their burgers in a microwave for a few seconds after they are wrapped up.
