Morgan Duron and MSI K7Tpro

I intend to replace existing Duron 700 with Duron 1000, so don't
know if mobo needs BIOS update. Also, PS is 230 W, and worked
fine with 700 Mhy, is it enought for 1000 Mhz?

As long as you don't have alot of peripherals, etc., you *might* be okay with that PS - IF it's a good name brand one. In your case, I would feel better with at least a 250W, and a 300W would be optimal.

Only way to know is to try it.
