(more) Trouble with sendmail...

OK, I've got a web page running on a Win 2k server, done by Front Page. There is an order form that is supposed to send the order to an email address, but whenever submit is clicked there is an error.
I'm not sure what is going on here, I checked our sendmail server (linux 2.2.12) and its giving this error: Domain name required...

Now the email address in the form is valid, I've checked it, and it has the full address. Any ideas on this?
