Ok, that one missed us....

Hmmm, there's like 3 red cells on our maps around here, all headed our way. One's over us right now, and 2 more are on the way.

I hate this weather :(

Sweet! maybe my hometown will get hit with a second one this week, thus enabling me to get out of this 2 week trip to Fort Stewart, GA and help with the clean up!

No.

We got hit last July with a tornado.

They aren't cool, especially after you realize the punch that is packed with them.

Ya Aceman, I have a feeling this place is going to look like a damn warzone pretty soon if this keeps up.

Living in Tornado country is much better than living where an earthquake can happen and definitely better that the Hurricane areas. At least most of the times a tornado won't cause major damage to a large metro area.

I've lived in Oklahoma (damn near dead center of toronado alley) and I have never even seen a real live toronado in my whole 35 years of life. Truth be told, I get damn tired of the TV stations "live in fear doppler" they are quick to pull the "possible rotation" trigger if it so much as rains. It really gets tiresome, it turns into the boy who cried wolf.

I have more fear of being attacked by well fed pygmies wielding light sabres than I do of getting chased by a toronado.

Part of the territory. You get tornados, we get earthquakes. We might both get floods now and then.. life. Keeps you on your toes. Builds character.
