I am sorry, they need to pull the police off this and bring in the feds. This guy is playing these cops like a fiddle. What next? The cop is going to strip on live TV and hop around on one foot because the sniper says so? The dude is playing the cops as a power trip and they are playing right along. The dude is going to kill people regardless and he is obviously not stupid enough be serious about the $10 million dollar payoff.
