Do you think there is going to be more than 3 Bourne films? If Ultimatum is good I hope they continue.

There's only 3 books, correct? Then again, the only things that seem the same between the books & movies is the name Bourne and he had amnesia.

There were only 3 written... not including the one that was an off-shoot from the whole story plot of the original 3.

I don't know, but I sure do like the movies. :) Action, drama, mystery, high tech gadgetry and spying...good stuff.

Well...it isn't like the movies have been following the books to the letter....

I love the sounds editing in the first one. Put on a decent pair of headphones and immerse yourself in europe. In one scene, even with the music blaring, I can pick out like a dozen different sounds before I stopped counting. I think I am going to IMDB that sound crew and follow what films they made.

That's cool. I used to do the same thing years ago with LP records and headphones.

Fixed. ;)

ehhh...I gave them some leverage only because Cold War stories wouldn't translate well over to today.

Identity
Supremacy
Ultimatum

These were the 3 Bourne books written by Robert Ludlum. The character did not appear in any other Ludlum books.

Pity Ludlum's books were so hard to make into movies. He was a screenwriter before he became a novelist, so it's hard to understand why.

I hope not, since they all differed so much from the books. I recently saw the Bourne Identity again after reading the book sometime this past year and it is a completely different story from what the book gave.

Yah, I was kind of dissapointed by the movies, but they were decent stories too.

Oh, I like the Bourne films. They're decent stories but they are not Jason Bourne.

Matarese Circle was awesome, and his "comedies" road to gandolfo and road to omaha are equally awesome. have not read any others even though i have them...

I hope not. I haven't found them that intriguing.

Your are by far the worst critic...

What? Why?

The first one was boring.

The second was better than the first, but still not exciting.
