I thought this was a joke at first!
Apparently, nobody ever thought to ask some of the students with less than stellar performance....you know the ones......if they felt THC helped their concentration. Last I checked, concentration is NOT one of the touted effects of THC.
It's bad enough the parents medicate their teens far too often, to compensate for bad parenting/teaching skills, but to advocate breaking Federal law to control their kids??
I'm interested to find how high of a percentage of Japanese, or English children "suffer" from "ADD". My last dollar says that they fall far lower than the United States, while their academics are as good/better than those of our children. Coincidence?
