CPU 6051
Mem 4891
HDD 1051
My best number in 3DMark2001 SE was:

(1) Samsung 512MB PC2700 DDR DTL
(2) Maxtor 40GB drives in RAID0 and 128k stripe (for OS)
(2) Maxtor 80GB drives in RAID0 and 1M stripe (for data)
vcore is set at 1.65 and Winbond as well as MBM show 1.63
Leadtek GF4 4600 set at 328/695
Antec 550 True PSU

This is about as far as I am going to push the system now.

It is set by default to SPD . . . that was the only way to get stability . . . . I had been running 2-2-2

Any suggestions . . . .

it will boost all your score for a few hundred points more...
it did for me and my pcmark2002 mem score is 6000+
maybe you should try just using one stick of memory

I have 1:1 and 3:4, it is running 1:1 currently, and I will change to 3:4 when I get home from work

I wish I could find a single 1-GB stick of PC2700, but I have yet to see one

What about dropping the 256-MB sticks and running (2) 512-MB sticks ???

Thanks for the replies

i doubt you'll get cas2 running at 3:4. but you will likely get cas2.5.
at your fsb (138?), this will give you a higher score than 1:1 cas2.

366 CL2.5 >> 276 CL2
