More RAM, how much of a difference will it make?

I currently have a 1024MB stick of dualchannel PC3200 RAM. If I were to get another 1GB stick, how much of a difference would it make? Mainly for gaming.

You currently have a 1gig stick, or you have 2 512mb sticks in dual channel?? There is no such thing as a single stick of dual channel ram..

What motherboard/chipset do you have..
