So... OSX is all about the looks?

Not really.

- UNIX based, which in itself implies a whole lot.
- Excellent memory management, especially compared to OS9
- True 3D accelerated GUI
- Superb multitasking
- Construction much "cleaner" than WinXP
- Applications can be bundled. Most programs are 1 file, total.

There's more, I'm sure other mac pundits can fill in.
 
Getting Quake3 to run shouldnt be that impressive... ? Since it was build on a VM to run on any platform..

And whats with the windows... remote desktop? 😀
