Even what you linked to is not near as bad mentality as what the OP linked to. That could be an isolated incident, could be a dept gone wrong/bad. The OP has the official stance, meaning mentality, of the Pakistani Gov.

In Pakistan, not only will they want to kill you for blasphemy, of all things, they WILL kill you if you advocate rescinding blasphemy laws. How such a completely fucked up and worthless country managed to obtain nuclear weapons is just beyond me.
