Someone here suggested to remove the Tt grate from my fan, so I did, but the vibration remains if the fan RPM goes over 2000 RPM. I am highly considering a Vantec Aeroflow.
 
You may wanna look into just getting some grommets. They're cheap, and they may solve the problem and save you a couple dozen dollars getting a new HSF unit.
