The version I have of WinDiff probably came out of an MS resource kit from about 20 years ago, and while it does still work, it's rather limited. I tend to use the feature for comparing directory structures on a semi-regular basis, and it returns a list a listing of non-identical files and which is newer etc. What do you guys use?

Honestly, WinDiff should be included in modern Windows' distros, and kept updated. It's pretty invaluable for some things, programming included, as well as directory file maintenance and backup comparisons.

Actually SysInternals are the utilities that also should be included in Windows System tools, instead must be downloaded seperately.
