I bought a mobo from them which clearly said manufactures warrantee only on their site. It was unstable so I e-mailed them and asked them if I could just send it back to them for a refund instead of having to deal with the manufacture and trying to get them to send me a new board. They agreed and waived the restocking fee. A+ customer service, like always. :thumbsup:
 
Nice. I wish they would've pricematched themselves though. Woulda saved me 10 bucks that I could use towards a tv tuner.
