The only change I'd like to see is if a team challenges correctly two times, and are correct on the third, they continue to get challenges until they are wrong. And then fine the refs for screwing up so many times.

Yeah I think they should only take away challenges if the coach loses them.

If you've been keeping up with this stuff, referees are instructed to throw flags if there's even a slight chance that it could've been helmet to helmet. That's why you see so many flags thrown just because they're hard hits. The refs aren't sure, so they just throw the flag anyways.

Why that has anything to do with ignoring injures as you surmise in your post, I have no idea.

I was just confused because your post wasn't very clear.
