More information on Seaburg Chipset

I am seeking more information about the seaburg chipset / stoakley platform.

When is going to be released? November with penryn or just after the x38 launch in late September?

Does anyone know where there might be a block diagram of the seaburg chipset. I am seeking any and all info on it
