ahh now i see why you smell a lock 😉

yeah i understand if someone needs to download 300-500 or megs for legit purposes (say a linux) distro, but for anime thats ridiculus. if only he could live with the resctrictions like the other 1000's of students do. not to mention that this fact has been discussed enough in our newspaper The Exponent.
