Hello,
Maximum supported ram in my laptop is 1066MHZ.
If intsall 1600MHZ,Does the problem occur?
Thanks

no.
1600 means that is the maximum speed the ram can run. the actual speed is determined by your settings in the BIOS.

Automatically downgrade to 1066MHZ or Should i go to the bios setting and then set frequency?

Hi there.

Yes, the RAM stick you've picked up should work with the motherboard. However, unless you're willing to overclock it you may not be able to get it to run at 1600 Mhz. The board should automatically select the fastest memory speed that it supports based on the profiles built in to the memory modules.

Hope this helps.

Cheers! 🙂
