Perhaps they are assuming the female 'marchers' are pregnant with sextuplets and they consider the 'babies' to be willing participants in the march...

As far as the Bears go... NOM knows that but for the stigma that might befall them the Bears would support NOMs objectives.... That is where the term NOM NOM NOM comes from... Eating what is fed or is that feeding what was ate.... after awhile.
