Altered reality thinking is altered reality thinking. The big lie is back.

Yeah, that's a pretty stupid comment. But it's hard to feel too bad for Republicans when you need scientific notation to count the number of times they've called Democrats (and Obama in particular) communists/socialists/Marxists. And a lot higher up the chain than the Democratic chairman in South Carolina.

Doesn't excuse that kind of rhetoric from a Democrat at all, but on balance, the moronic political comparison award is definitely in the bag for the Republicans.

The Republican party has certainly adopted fascism as it's core ideology but they are not Nazis.

For God's sake - this was obviously just a joke. He wasn't even talking about politics. When did the GOP become the party of whiners? You guys need to grow a set.

LOL.

you liberal wacko's are just grasping for straws...

When you run out of ideas you just go to your number one play - personal destruction, using whatever lies you can.

From nationalism to xenophobia to unitary power of the President to corporatism to anti-unionism to the glorification of war the shoe fits. The modern Republican party is fascist.

Despite the Libertopian trappings of some, Republicans are deeply authoritarian, as were Nazis.

Witness the invocation of the Free Market as if it were sacred, the Constitution, at least the parts they like, and of the ultimate authority, God as they see him/her through the lens of religion.

Nor are they shy about embracing obvious contradictions, either, a sure sign of authoritarian indoctrination. Small govt and big military. Less govt control and voter ID. Personal freedom and banning abortion, even contraception. Not to mention the sanctity of great wealth, even inherited wealth, as it relates to equal opportunity.

Read up on yourselves-

When you have nothing else. Call them hitler/nazi.

Way to stay classy lefties.

It's amusing how you pretend the left is the only side to make such comparisons.

During the run up to the Obamacare vote, Obama was repeatedly compared to Hitler. It made a lot of sense, too, because we all know that one of Hitler's main priorities was providing a way for the uninsured to get healthcare.

I'm thinking back to the last Pres election to when the Republicans lost and the girly screaming that went on for months all caused because losing the election was just like castration, their testosterone levels went off the cliff.

I think they must be having pre-castration anxiety.

I guess if you are too stupid to get the joke about "hunkering down in a basement as the end approaches", you might decide it was a Nazi reference.

And Goebbels rightly comes to mind as the premier master of propaganda. You can certainly reference that and not be calling someone a Nazi. Perhaps that could escape someone of limited mental capacity though.

Besides, I doubt that Eva had any interest in politics of any sort.
