Intel BOXD946GZISSL 946GZ
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=241326
and
Gigabyte GA-945P-S3
http://www.zipzoomfly.com/jsp/ProductDetail.jsp?ProductCode=322347
The Intel board has only 2 DDR2 slots, which hurts a little. But, with 2GB kits being standard these days, it may not be a big deal to some. By the time 4GB of ram becomes standard, so will 4GB kits.
The Gigabyte looks good for a $100 board, albeit I am a little wondered by the 945P chipset supporting C2D. Looks like no onboard RAID. But C2D, 4 dimm's, 3 PCI, and PCIe x16, how bad it could it be?
