Intel BOXD946GZISSL 946GZ

and

Gigabyte GA-945P-S3

The Intel board has only 2 DDR2 slots, which hurts a little. But, with 2GB kits being standard these days, it may not be a big deal to some. By the time 4GB of ram becomes standard, so will 4GB kits. ;)

The Gigabyte looks good for a $100 board, albeit I am a little wondered by the 945P chipset supporting C2D. Looks like no onboard RAID. But C2D, 4 dimm's, 3 PCI, and PCIe x16, how bad it could it be?

2GB is hardly standard yet. Standard is for the average person's use. 2GB is, however, standard for any sort of professional use in terms of video and photo, and is also standard for gaming.
