Okay peeps, I need your help on this one. I can get the motherboard to power up and go. the ONLY time it has trouble is when I either change some settings in the BIOS, or I reboot the system. Otherwise everything is fine. I have tried taking out the jumper that makes the voltage for the CPU 2.5. I have a 400 watt power supply. I'm currently running the athlon thunderbird 1.2ghz, not overclocked or anything. I also have the netgear FA311, i hear that there are some compatibility problems with the two??

I hope you did not remove the VIO jumper, the VIO1 jumper controls the memory voltage and if removed it defaults to 2.5v, if you use Crucial memory you want it at 2.7v anyway. Is your nic in slot 2? If not pu it there and your sound card in slot 3. Also disable your serial ports if you are not using them and the on-board sound (bios and jumper) if you have a sound card. Need more information on your bios settings and components to help.

Okay, I removed the VIO1 jumper, not the VIO jumper. I removed the netgear nic card (fa311) and it seems to work, i'll try to put it on the 2nd slot and see if it still boots.
