coretemp i believe is correct there.

get some advice from some q6600 owners. try TAT or everest to see a comparison

Get SpeedFan 4.34 beta 37. That has fixed the under-reporting issue. I'm running it and CoreTemp, and both report the same temps.

Have you compared the beta of speedfan with 0.96.1 of CoreTemp? CoreTemp 0.96 fixed the Tjunctionmax setting of 100C for M0-step chips, but 0.96.1 undid that fix, so now it's inaccurate again. :(
