Hey. My wife got a prescription of some painkillers (for backpain) but it seems that she doesn't want to keep taking one of them (i.e. Percocet) because it's far too much powerful, not for the pain, but for her mind (She took one pill and basically fell asleep for 6 hours).

I'm thinking of posting the remaining pills FT against any computer part.

Is it legally/morally acceptable ?

What do you guys think ?

Edit: Ok guys, I'll dump it. Thanks rgwalt.

Certainly not legally acceptible. In the vast majority of cases, it wouldn't be morally acceptible either, though I suppose it's possible someone out there is in severe pain, doesn't have health insurance, and is trying to sell an old hard drive on AT.

Sell them on the street, of course.

Seriously, how did you manage to get this far in life if you're that out of touch with reality?

Dump in the toilet, or keep them until they expire, and then dump them in the toilet.

It is illegal to sell prescription medicine.

It is definitely illegal to sell these, but most people would hold onto them until the expiration date. At some point, a twisted knee, pulled back muscle, etc might come up and you will find you will need them again. Snow season is coming very soon. (if you live in Buffalo, it is already here.)

Percocet is a narcotic, anyway, so it would definitely be illegal to sell.
