Does anyone know of any montoring sofware for x64

motherboard monitor is pretty good if you want to read the die temps for your proc as well as a host of other things your mobo has sensors for.

Just get it here

And make sure that your mobo is on the list of supported boards so the program knows what temperture sensors to use.
