Month old broccoli

If the stem and branches weren't too flaccid then it's fine. I love broccoli. One of the healthiest vegetables. Damn tasty too.

EDIT: You really shouldn't nuke broccoli. Just throw it in a pot of boiling water for maybe 30 sec.
