MonsterInkjets or MegaToners?

I've bought many inks for my Epson 880 from MegaToners before and they work fine. I think I'm also going to try some generics for my C84 this time. The prices come out about the same. MonsterInkjets is a little more expensive, but the free shipping makes the total a slight bit less than at MegaToners.
 
Wow. MegaToners has a horrible score at ResellerRatings (3.3). MonsterInkjets has a pretty good 7.6.

I placed an order on 4/30. To date I have received nothing.

I've been ripped off.

Avoid these guys like the plague.

I've ordered from them at least 6 or 7 times - for $50.00 or more each time. Sometimes the orders take a few weeks to arrive, but I always receive them.

Got an e-mail from a Richard Grey apologizing for the terrible service. He said there was an illness in the family, that my order never went out and wanted to know if I still wanted the order or a refund.

I asked for a refund. Never heard back.

Checking Resellerratings.com, it appears I am not alone.

I guess I'll have to dispute it with Paypal.
