ok.... so I bought a wiring kit to wire up my new car amp.
But the kit has an inline fuse holder that is wierd.
Picture of the fuse holder here

Anyways, the both sides of the red wire are stuck to the fuse holder.
Am i supposed to cut the wire in the middle and attach it to the main power cable with the red sleeve that's included?

Yes. Just cut the wire and hook it up to the battery. Place a 20amp fuse in the fuse holder.

kool. i was afraid that there was a special way to hook it up that wasn't quite obvious.
and a 30 amp fuse was included, so I think I'll use that.

Ahh I didn't know they included a fuse. I've got one of my amps on the same cable setup using a 20amp fuse which is more than enough.

Normally a fuse is included thank God because replacement fuses are hard to find. I ended up having to buy a 5 pack of monster fuses for 20 bucks. What a freaking rip off.
